
Don is a Professional Licensed Geologist in CA, FL, and TX and is also in charge of client relationships throughout the country. Don is responsible for business development as well as sharing technical expertise to clients, and mentoring clients, students, and junior staff. Don’s background revolves around real estate due-diligence and site remediation. Don is also an accomplished musician and martial artist.
Ling has an extensive background in industrial hygiene and oversees the operations and systems at Fulcrum, as well as assists clients with technical expertise on industrial hygiene issues as they relate to real estate due-diligence, site remediation, and/or demolition. Ling holds numerous licenses related to asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold testing. Ling enjoys dancing, art, and is also an accomplished martial artist as well.
Jeff is a seasoned associate with extensive experience consulting real estate Due Diligence Assessments for national clients. Having completed over 3000 project reports in the last five years, Jeff is a highly valued consulting partner for Fulcrum.
Matt Rosenblum conducts Phase I and II ESAs while also logging soil during drilling events and monitoring water wells. Matt studied Geology and Hydrology at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geology. Matt aims to earn his PG in the near future and become a full fledged professional geologist.
Outside of Fulcrum, Matt is a rock'n bass guitarist for the band ``Poe The Passenger``, is a fitness junkie, a podcast addict, and loves to take his two Australian shepherds Bowie and Solo for hikes.
John has been working in the environmental industry since 1989. A registered Professional Geologist in CA, John brings vast knowledge and significant expertise to Fulcrum.
In his spare time, John is an avid runner, guitar player, and enjoys outside activities including cycling, hiking, snorkeling, kayaking and travel… he has seen Bigfoot once.
Jim is a soil expert who specializes in water and vapor sampling, logging boreholes and monitoring wells, and site mapping and documentation.
Jim covers our southern and central California and Arizona areas.
Kristina brings Environmental Assessment and Project Management expertise to Fulcrum projects in the California region. She is responsible for client development and TSA, Phase Is, Database Reviews.

Steffany is a client and project manager, and Fulcrum’s Regional Director in Orlando, Florida. Steffany offers a strong background in site due-diligence and also has first-hand experience being originally trained by her brother, Don Kellar, over 8 years ago. Steffany is also trained in mold and wind mitigation assessments. Steffany enjoys swimming, beach activities, and good music.
Greg is a consulting partner of Fulcrum, and assists in managing building engineering reports, building design, structural analysis, and government agency contracting.
Greg is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California, also a General A and B Licensed Contractor in the State of California.

As a project manager and an environmental assessor, Karen conducts and assists with developing Phase I Environmental Assessments for clients in SoCal.

A recognized community leader in Boulder, Darren has been the CEO, COO, CFO of various organizations and is currently a board member of five sustainability focused organizations. Darren brings years of sustainability management and consulting experience to Fulcrum as the Director of Energy.
Wendy covers California and Ontario, Canada regions providing Project Management, Senior reviewer expertise, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment reports.
In her spare time, Wendy enjoys running, hiking, stand-up paddle, travel, and DJing.
Mohadib recently graduated from USC with a major in the 5-year Architecture program and a minor in 3D Animation and Modeling. He worked as an architectural designer with a Theme Park exclusive design firm that specialized in master planning, mainly within the project phases of Conceptual Design and Schematic Design. Moh also has experience in Event and Booth design for large scale conventions and gatherings. Currently a Junior Designer working in the So Cal region, Moh provides drafting and consulting services for Fulcrum Resources Environmental.
In his spare time, Mohadib enjoys playing tennis, eating delicious meals, and growing bamboo!
I am a mother of two beautiful boys. I studied Child Development at ELAC and enjoy working with young children and the public. I have studied some American Sign Language and believe its the most amazing and unique language to know. On my free time I love to watch scary movies and criminal investigation shows. I also love to be outdoors and hike/run as well!
Wil is a licensed Professional Geologist in California with over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. Wil has significant knowledge of subsurface investigations and contamination remediation. He has investigated and remediated properties in size from former dry cleaners and gasoline service stations to as large as oil fields redeveloped for residential use with over 300 houses. He enjoys mentoring junior staff with his vast knowledge and technical background. Wil is a dog lover, enjoys family time and surfing.
Jacob graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science in Geology and minors in Geography and GIS. He recently acquired his GIT certificate and hopes to one day earn his PG and become a professional geologist. Jacob helps conduct Phase I and II ESAs in addition to logging boreholes, monitoring groundwater, and sampling soil vapor. Jacob loves hiking, backpacking, fishing, snowboarding, and traveling. He is also an avid fan of the Los Angeles Angels and Los Angeles Kings.
Nora's sustainability expertise ranges from energy efficiency and renewable energy to regional planning, energy economics, and green building management. She holds a B.S. in Sustainable Community Development and Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Nora is committed to helping businesses find cost-effective ways to reduce their carbon footprint and increase social and economic sustainability. In her free time, she can be found trail running, rock climbing, or painting.
Megan graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science with a concentration in Water Quality. Megan conducts and assists with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in the Southern California area. In her spare time, she enjoys running, baking, traveling, and playing the piano.
Jame Erwin is based out of Southern California and received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geology from California State University, San Bernardino. Currently he is working on his GIT certificate with plans to work towards receiving a California PG certification. James works in the field conducting groundwater monitoring, soil vapor sampling, and borehole logging, in addition to assisting with Phase I and Phase II ESA reports. James enjoys spending his free time gardening, rock climbing, hiking, and playing all kinds of games.
Henry brings over 8 years of experience across energy, tech, and sustainability consulting industries. With an MBA in Sustainable Innovation and a BA in Environmental science, he has a specialty for managing energy and sustainability projects while delivering the best results for clients. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, you can usually find Henry skiing, biking, or backpacking!
Arik has been working in the environmental consulting industry since early 2016, primarily in the areas of due diligence, contaminated site assessment and remediation, and human health risk assessment. He is currently pursuing licensure as a Registered Geologist in Arizona. Arik resides in the Phoenix, Arizona area; and in his spare time enjoys traveling, playing ice hockey, and spending quality time with his wife.
Forest has been working in the northern California environmental industry since 2016. Obtaining his GIT in 2017, Forest is continuing towards licensure as a Professional Geologist in California. Forest contributes to Fulcrum with his experience in performing Phase I and II environmental work. In his spare time, Forest pursues skiing, mountaineering, mountain biking, fly fishing, trail running, backpacking, and working on his truck.
Candice graduated from California State University, Channel Islands with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Minors in Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Science. Her background work in ecology and botany allows her to identify additional environmental concerns within an area. Candice helps conduct Phase I ESAs with experience in Phase II soil sampling. In her spare time she loves snowboarding, camping, painting, international travel, and petting every dog that she sees.
Rahul conducts Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and due diligence for Fulcrum. He has a Master’s Degree in the Geological Sciences with a specialization in Environmental Hydrogeology and Geochemistry. Additionally, he is currently certified as a Geologist-in-Training (GIT) with the hopes of obtaining his Professional Geologist (PG) licensure in the near future. He has previously worked in the environmental consulting services. However, just prior to joining Fulcrum, he worked as an Adjunct Professor lecturing undergrads in courses on Natural Disasters and Introductory Geology.
In his free time, Rahul enjoys training and competing in Brazilian jiu jitsu, boxing, and kickboxing and also exploring the great outdoors by either hiking, camping, rock climbing, or snowboarding. Lastly, he is a coffee enthusiast.
Armando specializes in drilling operates Geoprobe rig 6712DT and Limited Access Dolly Rig 420m. Specialize in collecting soil samples, collecting groundwater, installing vapor Probes & Radon samples.
In his free time, he enjoys riding his Harley through the Canyons and off-roading in the desert.
Jessica conducts TSAs and Phase I environmental site assessments for Fulcrum. Her educational background of a B.S degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in Environmental Management and Protection with a minor in Sustainable Environments contributes to her technical writing at Fulcrum and ability to recognize environmental concerns to soil and groundwater. In her free time, Jessica enjoys baking bread, camping, and reading.
