FR performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report of a 12-acre,  industrial manufacturing facility that specialized in manufacturing furniture.

The client consisted of an out-of-state investment group that also wanted FR to performed an environmental-compliance audit to ensure the current operations and permitting was up-t0-date. FR performed both tasks within a 2 ½ week time frame.
